Established in 2007, Sai Prasad Industries has built a strong reputation in the Plastic and Rubber Moulding Industry through a commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. In 2024, the company achieved a significant milestone by becoming a Private Limited Company, marking a new chapter in its journey of growth and excellence.

With over two decades of industry experience, we specialize in the end-to-end manufacturing of plastic diagnostic and healthcare products. Our capabilities encompass the complete production cycle, from raw material procurement and product manufacturing to finishing, packaging, and supply to the diagnostic and healthcare sectors.

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is supported by a fully equipped in-house tool room, where moulds are designed and developed using advanced CNC & VMC technology. Backed by a dedicated Research & Development team, we continuously strive to enhance product quality, improve efficiency, and meet evolving industry standards.

With a production capacity of up to 45 tons of plastic products per month, our facility operates with 12 Injection Moulding Machines and 2 Injection Blow Moulding (IBM) Machines ranging from 60 to 160 tons. To ensure uninterrupted operations, we maintain a reliable diesel generator backup system that supports continuous production during power outages.
